Upon receipt of the order, Thefarks.com proceeds, before shipping, with quality control and e-mail confirmation of the order being processed. If the items ordered are no longer available or have not passed quality control, we will immediately notify the customer by proposing possible alternatives.
Order fulfillment
Orders will be processed within 48 hours of successful payment. Thefarks.com has the right to refuse orders to anyone for any reason.
Shipping methods
All deliveries made by Thefarks.com are covered by insurance against theft and accidental damage. Once the delivery has been withdrawn, the insurance coverage lapses.
Delivery
Orders will be shipped from Thefarks.com, Monday to Friday from 9:00 CET to 17:30 CET.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of payment for orders received before 11:30 CET.
