We accept all major credit and debit cards.
All transactions and in general every page of the site, including those dedicated to the collection of personal data for registration and sending orders, are processed via a secure server with 128-bit encryption, guaranteeing Thefarks.com customers maximum protection of data.
PAYMENT BY VERIFIED BY VISA OR MASTERCARD SECURECODE
The system checks if the card uses 3-D-secure security programs or if it is a question of security protocols developed for this type of card to verify that the transaction is carried out by the actual credit card holder.
If a credit card holder is enrolled in the 3-D-secure security program, they will be asked to enter the "secure code" (a code chosen by you). Only by entering the exact code, the transaction will be performed.
If the credit card is not registered for any of these security procedures, the payment will be made without any request.
PayPal
When paying via PayPal you will automatically be transferred to the PayPal payment page.
If you are already a PayPal customer, simply log in with your details and confirm the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can open one and confirm the payment.
Bank transfer
During the purchase process it is possible to choose "Bank Transfer" as the payment method.
The Client automatically receives an email containing the bank details of Thefarks.com.
The ordered products will be reserved pending the arrival of the bank transfer to the account. The customer must send a copy of the payment via email within 48 hours after which the order will be automatically cancelled.
By choosing the "payment method" Bank Transfer you will have to transfer the total order to the following bank account, indicating the order number:

The order will be shipped immediately after receiving the credit on our bank account.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is valid only for the following countries: Italy and for amounts less than 1,000 EUR.
With this payment method you will pay the order total directly to the courier upon delivery.
Remember to prepare the exact amount of the order as the courier is not authorized to give change. It is not possible to pay cash on delivery by check of any kind.
Pick And Pay
If you prefer, you can book your order and pick it up at our office. The address of the office and the opening hours to the public will be communicated to you during the purchase process.
